As the Laboratory Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing our laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our team of scientists and technicians to develop and optimize our chemical formulations, conduct thorough testing, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Develop and optimize chemical formulations for metal coating applications.
- Conduct quality control tests and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory scientists and technicians.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
- Maintain and update laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of laboratory findings and results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in electroplating and chemical manufacturing.
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing chemical formulations.
- Certification in laboratory safety and compliance (e.g., ISO 17025, ISO/IEC 17025).
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software (e.g., LabArchives, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
