📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the supply chain and logistics processes.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and industry-specific guidelines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain and logistics industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and cost savings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
