Pharmacy Sales Representative

PT Kita Bersatu Jadi Rejeki is seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence in the Tuban - Bojonegoro region. As a Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with pharmacies and healthcare providers to drive sales and build strong relationships.

In this role, you will spend your days visiting pharmacies, understanding their needs, and presenting our products with confidence. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, tracking sales performance, and ensuring our products are well-stocked. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with pharmacies in the Tuban - Bojonegoro region to promote our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and managers.
• Present our product range and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Track and report sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to pharmacies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to drive and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in the Tuban - Bojonegoro region.
