📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
• Manage and optimize our CRM system to enhance customer relationships and improve sales performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRM, and IT support.
• Train and mentor junior staff on digital marketing, CRM, and IT support best practices.
• Participate in system audits and upgrades to ensure our IT infrastructure is secure and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and IT support.
• Proven expertise in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing and IT operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
