📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage budgets for various departments, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Prepare financial forecasts and analyze financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using SAP and other accounting software.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
