🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production departments and driving operational improvements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
