📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all machinery in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems in heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license for heavy machinery.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.
