📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Engage with clients and guests, providing excellent customer service and promoting our services.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Use CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales activities.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content for events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new event ideas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with general office tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event management (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade people.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
