As a GESI Specialist, you will work closely with local communities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to develop and implement programs that address the unique needs and challenges faced by women, marginalized groups, and vulnerable populations. You will utilize your expertise in gender equality, social inclusion, and community development to design and deliver impactful initiatives that drive positive change.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of gender-sensitive marketing and advertising strategies to create campaigns that promote social inclusion and empower communities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our advertising efforts align with our commitment to gender equality and social inclusion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement gender equality and social inclusion programs and initiatives.
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify key issues and opportunities for intervention.
• Design and deliver capacity-building workshops and training programs for community leaders and organizations.
• Build strategic partnerships with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community groups to amplify the impact of our initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs using relevant indicators and metrics.
• Create and manage budgets for GESI programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in gender equality and social inclusion.
• Represent our company at community events, conferences, and other stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gender equality, social inclusion, or community development.
• Strong understanding of gender-sensitive marketing and advertising strategies.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful community empowerment programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
