📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.,Process insurance claims and provide information about our services.,Answer inquiries and provide information about our medical center.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
