🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
