Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements,Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and information,Monitor and report on key procurement metrics and KPIs,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to ensure continued compliance and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management,Strong understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes,Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a plus
