📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to shoppers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized.,Assisting with the setup and maintenance of the store, including displays, signage, and promotions.,Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Working with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.,Assisting with any additional tasks as required by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
