Shop Place Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commis Chef to join our team in Ponorogo, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and to ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.,Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, following all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food inventory, including ordering and receiving new ingredients.,Assist the Head Chef in training and developing new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.
