Global Root Jaya is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team on financial matters.,Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits for employees.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
