📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial analysts.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and auditors.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools.SAP or Oracle financialis knowledge is a plus.Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks or Xero.Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
