📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales data, including customer information, sales records, and performance metrics.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for reporting and analysis.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing them with the necessary tools and resources.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and management of sales events, webinars, and other promotional activities.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a SaaS environment.,Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
