📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handling inquiries and providing information to visitors.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination when necessary.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
