In this role, you will work alongside our head baker to assist in preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. You will learn and apply traditional baking techniques while ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste. This position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a creative and supportive environment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Learn and apply traditional baking techniques and recipes
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and taste
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery workspace
- Help with inventory management and restocking of baking ingredients
- Assist in packaging and preparing baked goods for sale
- Follow Halal certification guidelines and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in baking or a related field
- Experience with Halal-certified baking is a plus
- Knowledge of traditional Indonesian baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
- Basic knowledge of using bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Clean and reliable work ethic
