In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and procedures,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and employees,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals,Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in operational processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
