📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems and tobacco processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all systems are operating efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies to the supervisor.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance checks and inspections.
• Assist in the training of new maintenance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and tobacco processing equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a remote and sometimes challenging environment.
