📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the selection and evaluation of training providers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
