📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to improve recruitment processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Representing the company as a key player in the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
