Sehati Bimo Tea is seeking a Lead Security professional to ensure the safety and security of our office and employees. As a Lead Security, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security protocols, conducting regular security assessments, and providing a safe working environment for all staff members.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets.,Conduct regular security assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential vulnerabilities.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.,Supervise and train security personnel to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the workplace.,Maintain and update security systems and equipment as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and personnel.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with security software and equipment is a plus.
