📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to fleet management.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and overall fleet efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain vehicle safety and compliance.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide leadership and support to the fleet management team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
