📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner,Maintain and update IT documentation and records,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems,Familiarity with IT support tools and software,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with IT security and data backup systems
