📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving processes.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and assets.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in inventory management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
