📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.Oversee daily operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant environment.Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluent in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
