📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory and budgeting.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.,Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successful restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
