SHIFT Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Makassar. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Support the organization in achieving its diversity and inclusion goals.

Any other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.

Proven track record of success in HR management.
