📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Optimize facility performance through the implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for facility expansion and modernization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and inspections.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed facility maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP PM.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM and other facilities management software.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Indonesian language skills are a plus.
