📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental and organizational goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and processes.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Knowledge of HR practices and principles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
