• Develop and implement data and AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data and AI initiatives, working closely with data science, AI, and risk teams.
• Lead the development and execution of data integrity programs, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster a culture of data integrity and ethical AI use.
• Monitor and report on data and AI governance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data and AI governance, and drive innovation in our approach.
• Provide leadership and guidance to data and AI governance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Represent Macquarie Group at industry events and conferences, sharing our expertise and insights on data and AI governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data science, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in data and AI governance, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in data and AI governance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in data governance tools and software, such as Alation, Collibra, or Informatica.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices, with the ability to develop and implement ethical AI frameworks.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
