📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the geoscientific team, ensuring the successful execution of exploration and development projects.
• Conduct geological surveys and assessments to identify potential mineral deposits.
• Develop and implement sustainable mining practices to minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geological data into overall business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the mining industry.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on geological and mining-related matters.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the geoscientific department.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to build professional networks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry.
• Proven track record of leading geoscientific teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of geological software and tools such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Oasis Montaj.
• Certification in environmental management and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards.
