📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient safety and hygiene.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and community partners.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
