Seed Data Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and damages.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
