📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the power plant, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct shift handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Utilize software such as SAP and Oracle for data management and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation of the power plant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the power industry.
• Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with power plant equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
