📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of operations within the organization.,Oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide leadership and support to the operations team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
