Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking an International Supply Chain Director to oversee procurement, supplier management, and logistics operations across all APAC retail stores, including our flagship location in Canggu, Bali. As the Director of International Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans that align with the company's business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers. Leveraging your expertise in SAP and other advanced supply chain tools, you will optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationships.

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to support business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, and logistics operations across all APAC retail stores.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce costs through data-driven decision-making.
• Enhance supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Leverage SAP and other advanced supply chain tools for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations from sourcing to delivery.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive innovation and best practices in supply chain management to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in international supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of optimizing global supply chains and driving cost savings.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other advanced supply chain tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
